Organization Setup

Before setting up the organization, it's essential to understand how the XendCampus multitenant model works.

Usecase 1 - MultiLocation Model​

When an organization has multiple campuses or locations, they can create a single application under which they can add any number of campuses or locations. This model allows users to be mapped to any of these locations and provides the flexibility to decouple them whenever needed.

Multi-location model

Usecase 2 - MultiApplication Model​

When an organization has multiple business units under which they have multiple campuses/Location , they can create a multiple applications for each business units under which they can add any number of campuses or locations. This model allows users to be mapped to any of these locations but within the same application.

  • Organization Name
  • primary base Address
  • primary contact number
  • Primary email address
  • Primary contact person
  • Number of licenses
